Contact enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we process your full name, telephone number, email address, selected service, service location and message.

Equipment rental requests

In addition to contact details, we process the selected equipment, renter type (private individual or business), street address, postcode, town or city, location of use, requested collection and return dates, and any notes. For business renters, we also process the company name and tax number.

Customer reviews

When a review is submitted, we process the public name, rating, review text, language and submission or publication date. The review system does not request or store an email address, IP address or User-Agent information.

Form security

To limit automated misuse of the contact and rental forms, a SHA-256 hash of the IP address is used temporarily. The raw IP address is not stored in the rate-limit files. These technical records contain only the time window and number of attempts, are cleaned periodically and are not used for profiling.

3. Purposes of processing

We process information in order to:

• reply to enquiries and communicate with customers;
• prepare and carry out a possible equipment rental;
• prepare a draft of the rental documentation;
• moderate and, where appropriate, publish reviews;
• prevent misuse of website forms;
• meet legal obligations where they arise.

4. Legal bases

Contact and rental information is generally processed in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform an agreed service or contract. Information required for security and abuse prevention is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure service. Where legal obligations arise, information is also processed to comply with those obligations.

Submitting a review and choosing to allow its publication after moderation are voluntary. For such publication, we rely on your consent or other clear indication of your choice when submitting the review.

5. Recipients and processors

Where necessary, information may be processed through our web-hosting provider, email infrastructure and other technical service providers required for the secure operation of the website and delivery of the service. We do not disclose information to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

6. Retention

• Enquiries and rental communications are kept for as long as necessary to respond, provide the service, handle possible claims and meet legal obligations.
• Accounting and business documentation is retained for the periods required by applicable rules.
• Approved public reviews may remain published until withdrawal, revocation or the controller's decision to remove them.
• Pending and rejected review records are retained only for as long as required for moderation and technical administration.
• Technical form-abuse prevention records are short-lived and cleaned periodically.

7. Public reviews

A new review is not published automatically. Once approved, the name, rating, review text and date may be displayed publicly. To request a correction or removal of a published review, email erik.pograjc@gmail.com.

8. Rental documentation

Submitting an online rental request does not create or confirm a rental agreement. The automatically generated PDF is a draft for review and completion. The final terms and documentation are agreed and signed in person or before the equipment is handed over.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

10. Cookies and technical information

The website itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not load external analytics scripts. A technical choice of the displayed service category may be stored in your browser's local storage so that the selected appearance is retained; it contains no personal information and is not used for tracking.

The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs for security and technical operation.

11. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to limit unauthorised access, form misuse, disclosure and loss of information. Access to private configuration files and data stores is separated from the public part of the website.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technical arrangements or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page together with its last-updated date.
